Booking at WSFTA Managed Locations

When booking at these locations you are agreeing to fully abide by our location management Terms & Conditions found here: https://wafoodtrucks.org/vendor-terms-conditions Please make note of the “Frequency” and other location details. If you chose to book more often than is stated to be allowed, you will be cancelled without a refund. These locations are only offered to members and are meant to help fill gaps in your schedule.

Snohomish County:

Vendors at managed locations in Snohomish County must have their county health permit, a fire permit issued by any fire authority within the county, and email in to us the required COI noted below.


BECU (Boeing Employee Credit Union) Office Complex in Everett

Address for COI: BECU at 11127 Evergreen Way, Everett WA

Service Times: Fridays - 11am to 2pm.

** Frequency: one vendor may book once every 3-weeks.

Important vendor info: Vendors must have an Everett city biz license & fire permit. Must also have a Snohomish County health permit and email in your COI with address noted above. Trucks will park directly in front of the BECU bldg., see image also in booking confirm. BECU will provide an $800 minimum guarantee (under normal weather conditions.) Send us a POS screenshot and an invoice: show the $800, minus your total sales, and any balance owed after service. The BECU admin will then reimburse you directly.

5th Annual Mill Creek Community Dinners - FULL/Seasonal

Address: Advent Lutheran Church, 4306 132nd ST SE, Mill Creek, WA 98012

Service times: Wednesdays from 4:30pm to 7:30pm

Frequency: Vendors may book once every 3-weeks. This location is seasonal and will run from June 19th until August 28th.

Important vendor info: Advent Church is at a highly visible, high traffic area in Mill Creek, hosting a weekly food truck dinner for the past 4-years. Vendors must have Snohomish health permit, and a locally issued fire permit. Plan for 50-60 customers per truck and/or 70-80 menu items. Signed restroom form is on file, restroom access inside church. Re/city license: Any person or business whose annual value of products, gross proceeds of sales, or gross income of the business in the city is equal to or less than $2,000 and who does not maintain a place of business within the city shall be exempt from the general business license requirement. Must email to us a COI with the address noted above.

**The church will "buy out" a food truck for Wednesday, August 7th.

Downtown Everett

Address: 2710 Wetmore Ave, Everett, WA 98201

Street Parking Location in Everett

Service times: Tuesdays 11am - 2pm

Frequency: Vendors can book once every 2-weeks. Seasonal: from May 14 - Sep 10th, 2024.

Important vendor info: Vendor must have copy of our issued street permit on board for 2024. Must also have: City of Everett biz license & Everett’s fire permit. Fire Marshal's Office main line at 425-257-8120 or email FMO@everettwa.gov / 425-754-4576. Email into us your COI with address noted above. Parking is on the street parallel to the Plaza across from the Marquee apartments, which have been notified of our food truck schedule. Must provide a trash receptacle and LEAVE NO TRACE BEHIND. If cooking with grease, you must also place down cardboard or other spill kit items on the pavement surface.
