Booking at WSFTA Managed Locations

If you choose to book more often than is stated to be allowed, you will be cancelled without a refund. These locations are only offered to members and are meant to help fill gaps in your schedule.
Pierce County:
Vendors at managed locations in Pierce County must have their county health permit, a fire permit issued by any fire authority within the county, and email in to us the required COI noted below.
Top Down Brewery
Address: 15355 Main St E, Sumner, WA 98390
Service times: Wed - Sundays 4:30-7:30pm
Frequency: one vendor may book per service as often as schedule allows.
Important vendor info: 30-order average. Trucks must park parallel on the North side of Graham St., just off the street, see image in booking confirm details. Must have City of Sumner general business license ($50). Must submit COI (certificate of insurance, with the address noted above) and report in your sales data. This location serves to community members in addition to brewery customers. Chad Cray is brewery owner. Restroom is inside brewery.
This is a special permit location and you must first be approved by the campus to serve here. You can send us the required COI, a fire permit and proof of a no-point recent inspection health report for approval.
Address: 1900 Commerce St., Tacoma WA 98402
Service times: Tuesdays, 11am - 2pm
Frequency: one vendor may book once every 2-weeks.
Important vendor info: Admin will provide an $800 sales guarantee. No Carts at this location, due to parking. Vendors will need to offer at least one student meal/menu item at or under $10 and email in to me proof of your current fire permit, a City of Tacoma business license (at $37 you can apply for this here) and a COI that states the added insured at the address above. Our signed restroom form is on file.
Parking: Trucks must park as seen in image, near Phillip Hall (it is approved to park in fire lane). From Pacific Ave., turn Left on 21st Street and go one block, turn Right onto Commerce St. (one-way street.)
Power: they can provide us with a spider box, especially for those trucks that will need it. I’ve attached images on the specs for the spider box 30amp/250volt. Contact Conor before you arrive if you want to plug in: 253-692-4685.
Vendors who have a clean health inspection history are then individually approved by the Health & Environment Services dept of the UW to serve on campus and must have the printed Temp Food Permit we will provide each truck on the days they’re scheduled.
Fierce County Cider
Address: 9918 162nd St Ct E, Puyallup, WA 98375
Service times: Fri - Saturdays from 5 to 7pm
Frequency: one vendor may book per service as often as schedule allows.
Important vendor info: This is a 2,600 square foot tasting room, typically seats around 47 inside w/ roll up garage doors, plus added seating and heating outside under cover. Must have city of Puyallup biz license and email into us your COI (address noted above) and report sales data after your service. Restroom is inside cidery.
Tacoma Public Utilities
Address: 3628 S 35th St, Tacoma, WA 98409
Service times: Wednesdays 11am to 1:30pm
Frequency: one vendor may book once every 3-weeks.
Important vendor info: The TPU yard is not open to the public. 50 is current average customer count. Hotdog menus are not preferred here. 223 employees on site. You can now plug into power upon your arrival: 20 or 30 amp service available, need to bring an extension cord. Receptacle type: L 14-30 twist lock, Electrical specs: 30amp 125/250 volt, 3 pole/ 4 wire, adapters are welcome – but would need to be supplied by the truck. Trucks will park inside their yard, close to the bathroom and will face the sidewalk (making it safer for pedestrians.) Restroom form is on file. Must email into us a COI with address noted above and report in sales. Restroom is inside main building.

Tacoma Community College
Address: 6501 S 19th St, Tacoma, WA 98466
Service times: Mon - Thursdays 10:30am to 1:30pm
Frequency: one vendor may book once per week. Winter quarter 2025 dates are from: 1/6/25-3/17/25, Spring quarter dates are from: 4/1/25-6/9/25
Important vendor info: 80 is current average customer count. Due to new cafe, no coffee vendors here. Leave NO TRASH behind. Please be mindful of a need for student pricing and scale your portions accordingly. Expect approx. 60-70 orders based on previous sales reports. Trucks enter campus off 19th and go out over the bridge (towards 12th St.), park next to bldg 14 and the Campus Commons.
You Must submit a current COI with address of the college to us before first service and have your Tacoma biz license.
2024 signed restroom form is on file, please request a copy if you need this for county health.

Port of Tacoma - Seasonal (new coffee service is available Wednesdays 7am)
Address: 1 Sitcum Way, Tacoma, WA 98421
Service times: Coffee 7am to 10:30am / (Seasonal) Lunch 11-1:30pm.
Frequency: one vendor may book once every 3-weeks. Season will end 9/12/24. Coffee vendors can book as calendar shows availability.
Important vendor info: Hotdog menus are not preferred here. Expect 40-60 orders. Trucks will park in front of the building, next to the yellow curb that is NOT a fire lane. Vendors must sign the Port's Hold Harmless form (download this here) and email into us along with your COI before first service. Vendors must also have City of Tacoma biz. Please report in sales data within 24-hours. Restroom is inside main building.
