Booking at WSFTA Managed Locations

When booking at these locations you are agreeing to fully abide by the Vendor Information below and our location management Terms & Conditions found here: https://wafoodtrucks.org/vendor-terms-conditions. Please make note of the “Frequency” and other location details. If you chose to book more often than is stated to be allowed, you will be cancelled without a refund. These locations are only offered to members and are meant to help fill gaps in your schedule.

King County:

Vendors at managed locations in King County must have their county health permit, a fire permit issued by any fire authority within the county, and email in to us the required COI (addresses noted below).


Downtown Woodinville (on hold)

Address: 13625 NE 175th St, Woodinville, WA 98072

Service times: Tuesdays through Saturdays for dinner service. This lot does have lighting in the evenings.

** Frequency: one vendor per service may book as often as available.

Important vendor info: You must email in to us your fire permit regional inspection form , proof of your Woodinville city license & the required COI before booking. The COI must state the following as the added insured: Green Partners, LLC, c/o JSH Properties, PO Box 654, Kirkland, WA 98083. The city license is $39, apply here.

You MUST provide a trash receptacle and LEAVE NO TRACE BEHIND. An auto hand washing station with a portable restroom is in the parking lot. The portable has (the silver pair) keys that can be found in the realtor box near the store front door, see image. Re/current power - at least 2 outlets per truck, with 20 Amp circuits.

Yellow indicates food truck parking, blue is restroom access - a lock box at the right side of the front entry of Molbak’s with 2 gold exterior entry keys inside, box code is “8064”. Restrooms are off to the left side (southwest) of the main entry. The silver keys unlock the portables if customers want to use a restroom. The key lock box can be seen below.


North Seattle College

Renton Southport/Wizards of the Coast

You cannot book here without first submitting your Renton city license and the COI in order to meet our city permit requirements. You will be cancelled off the schedule without a refund if you book here without the required documentation.

Enter campus off 20th Ave S, Food truck parking is on the NW side of building 8 next to yellow parking bollards, 15-feet from fire hydrant, see parking image. Public restrooms are also inside building 8. Must have a current fire permit and email in to us your COI. Vegan/vegetarian options very important at this location.

Seattle Design Center / Georgetown

Address for COI: Greenbridge Management Inc at 5601 6th Ave S, Seattle WA.

Service times: Lunch is Mon - Fridays, from 11am to 2pm,

Important vendor info: 58-order average (Fridays are slower). Your COI must be stated as the address indicates above. You must also have your City of Seattle biz license and report in on your sales. Trucks will park at the SE corner of the Georgetown Squared building, right in front of the building sign, see marked off spaces. Call emergency contact if cones have been moved.

Alaska Airlines HQ

Important vendor info: Current average of 77-orders. Power plug in is available. COI must show coverage listed for both commercial general liability and automobile liability and be on file before you serve here. Must also have City of Seatac biz license (download correct form here, our parking plan is already on file.) Enter into parking location off of 28th Ave South, turn Right and then park behind large parking garage structure.

Bellevue City Hall Food Truck Program

This is a street permit only location. We will provide you with a copy of permit upon receipt of your COI. You must email in your regulatory items (see below) to be added to an email list for booking at this location.

Address for COI: 450 110th Ave NE, Bellevue WA 98004

Service Times: Tues / Thurs 11am to 2pm - *Seasonal: June through August 29th.

Important vendor info: Mobiles with L & I approval must be no longer than 45-feet including tow vehicle. Must have 1. Bellevue city license, 2. King County fire permit, and 3. email in your COI with address noted above (certificate of commercial liability insurance in the amount of $1 million minimum per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, with the City of Bellevue listed as additional insured.)

Trucks will park directly in front of the City Hall bldg, leaving 15-feet of distance from fire hydrant and parked no farther out than 12-inches from the curb. Any external generators or fuel sources required for food truck operation (including wires or hoses) shall be placed in the parking area and not on the sidewalk. Generators that are not vehicle-mounted must be located a minimum of 20 feet from combustibles. You must provide a trash receptacle.

BECU (Boeing Employee Credit Union) Office Complex in Tukwilla

Address for COI: BECU at 12770 Gateway Dr., Tukwilla WA 98168

Service Times: Tues / Thursdays 11am to 2pm.

** Frequency: one vendor may book once every 2-weeks. This location has a coffee/espresso stand on-site.

Important vendor info: Current order average is 60. Vendors must have Tukwilla city biz license, apply here. Must also have King County fire & health permit and email in your COI with address noted above. Trucks will park directly in front of the BECU bldg (motorcycle parking, space is 24-feet long), see image in booking confirm. BECU will provide an $800 minimum guarantee (under normal weather conditions.)

  • at 2:00pm Brian from BECU admin may come and ask if you reached the $800 minimum, and if not, he may request the difference to be served as a paid to go order. You can also email us a screenshot of your POS for that day plus an invoice showing the $800 guarantee, minus your sales and any balance owed, this gets forwarded on to their admin and they will reimburse you directly.

Bellevue’s Beats & Bites - FULL/Seasonal

Address: Wednesdays at Downtown Park: 10201 NE 4th St / Thursdays at Compass Plaza: 550 106th Ave NE.

Important Vendor Info: Event dates are from June 5th to August 15th. Expect 50-100 orders based on sales in 2023. See parking images for each location.

COI with address for City of Bellevue (certificate of commercial liability insurance in the amount of $1 million minimum per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, with the City of Bellevue listed as additional insured.) Generators that are not vehicle-mounted must be located a minimum of 20- feet from combustibles. You must provide a trash receptacle.
